Abstract
There are several main types of fixed switchgear models, classified according to their functions and structural characteristics:
1. GGD Series
Features: GGD is a common low-voltage fixed switchgear, adopting a universal cabinet structure, an 8MF cold-formed steel welded frame, and good heat dissipation design (upper and lower heat dissipation slots form natural ventilation). The main busbar and electrical components are fixedly installed, suitable for occasions requiring breaking capacities of 15kA, 30kA, and 50kA, and are often used in small and medium-sized power distribution systems.
Applications: Industrial and mining enterprises, substations, and other scenarios where high requirements for power supply continuity and reliability are not needed.
2. GDH Series
Features: As an improved version of GGD, GDH has optimized its structure and functions, improving safety and stability, but its core remains a fixed design.
Applications: Similar to GGD, suitable for power distribution environments requiring higher performance.
3. PGL Series
Features: PGL belongs to early low-voltage open-type switchgear, with a simple structure, exposed main busbars, and low breaking capacity (PGL1 is 15kA, PGL2 is 30kA). Due to its older technology, it is gradually being replaced by newer models like GGD.
Applications: Small industrial and mining enterprises or renovation of old systems.
4. XL-21 Series
Features: XL-21 is commonly referred to as a power distribution box, but it is also classified as fixed switchgear. It features a modular design, voltage not exceeding 500V, suitable for power distribution in terminal circuits, such as factory workshops, buildings, etc.
Applications: Control of terminal circuits with dispersed loads.
