— A new generation of low-voltage system for the Chinese market, featuring high reliability and predictive maintenance
BlokSet 5000 is a 400V low-voltage switchgear developed by Schneider Electric specifically for Chinese power grids and industrial users. It covers a full range of needs, including power distribution, motor control, reactive power compensation, and dual power switching, and is suitable for residential, commercial, data center, rail transit, and industrial and mining enterprises.

• Rated current: Horizontal busbar ≤ 5000 A; Vertical busbar ≤ 2350 A

• Protection level: IP30–IP54 configurable as needed
• Isolation type: 2b/3b, meets IEC 61439 and GB/T 7251.12-2013

• High installation density: A single 600 mm wide cabinet can accommodate ACB + MCCB, saving 30% of floor space
• Double-ended drawer: Plug-in operation only wears the connector, busbar maintenance-free life ≥ 5 years
• Fishbone main busbar: Independent single-cabinet busbar, on-site capacity expansion without power outage
• Modular drawer: 7 sizes from 4/2M–12M, maximum 160 kW motor circuit in one drawer

• Built-in EcoStruxure intelligent power distribution: Supports RS-485 / Ethernet / 4G, real-time power, temperature rise, fault recording and predictive maintenance
• Predictive capacitor cabinet: Natural ventilation 200 kvar, forced ventilation 400 kvar, equipped with EasyCan capacitor, lifespan 100,000 h
• Dual power cabinet: Integrated WATSN-PC level ATS, switching time < 50 ms, can be paralleled with BlokSet 5000 in the same cabinet
