I. Product Overview
XBZ1 is an "intelligent + environmentally friendly" integrated prefabricated substation jointly developed by Tianjin Electric Drive Design Research Institute and more than 100 backbone enterprises nationwide. It integrates 12 kV (10 kV) switches, transformers, 0.4 kV low voltage, reactive power compensation, and intelligent monitoring units into a weather-resistant enclosure, truly achieving "networking upon arrival and intelligent operation upon power-on."

1. "Four Remote" functions: Remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment are all standard, supporting GPRS/4G/fiber + IEC 61850/Modbus-TCP dual-protocol cloud access.
2. Fault self-healing: When multiple box substations operate in a "hand-in-hand" ring network, fault location, isolation, and load transfer can be completed within 1 min.
3. AI early warning: Integrates surge arrester operation counting, fuse life curve algorithm, and online monitoring of transformer top oil temperature and local placement, and proactively pushes abnormal information 7×24 h in advance.
4. Mobile phone/WEB maintenance: Real-time power, switch position, access control, smoke, water immersion, and temperature and humidity are clear at a glance, supporting remote switching and parameter setting.
IV. Structural Highlights
• Footprint < 6 m², saving 80% land compared to traditional civil construction stations; can be hoisted as a whole, and commissioning can be completed within 4 hours on site.
• Double-layer color steel (optional stainless steel or GRC non-metal) + labyrinth air duct, corrosion-resistant, anti-condensation, anti-salt spray, lifespan ≥ 25 years.
• Modular busbar plug-in design, expansion or maintenance does not require power outage, unit replacement can be completed in 30 min.
