In addition to the key information included in the system diagram (main wiring diagram) mentioned above, customized power equipment packages also require customers to provide a secondary schematic diagram. The secondary schematic diagram provides detailed information on the connection methods of the secondary circuits inside the equipment, as well as the control logic and protection configurations. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the equipment’s automated operation, fault monitoring, and protection. With the help of the secondary schematic diagram, manufacturers can precisely configure the appropriate control components, protective devices, and instruments, guaranteeing that the equipment operates according to the established procedures during normal operation and promptly issues alarms or takes protective actions when abnormalities occur. Furthermore, customers must also provide installation environment parameters, such as the altitude of the installation site, ambient temperature, humidity range, and the presence of corrosive gases. These environmental parameters influence the selection of equipment and the design of its protection level—for example, at high altitudes, it is necessary to consider the impact of thinner air on the equipment’s insulation performance; in humid or corrosive environments, materials and manufacturing processes with moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant properties must be chosen to ensure the equipment’s long-term stability and reliability.
