The advantages of low-voltage cable branch boxes lie in their materials and appearance. The box body is made of SMC composite material and is formed at high temperatures. The surface of the box is flat and smooth, with a uniform color, not easily scratched, good sealing performance, safe and reliable, and easy to use; it can also be customized with front and rear doors according to customer requirements for convenient operation and maintenance. The box door uses a three-point positioning lock with waterproof protection for the lock core; it effectively prevents rainwater intrusion and provides all-weather protection.
Low-voltage cable branch boxes are mainly used in urban residential buildings as power protection boxes for controlling and protecting the branch lines and sub-branches in power systems with three-phase AC 380/220V, 50Hz, and a rated current of 630A or below in residential areas, industrial areas, and industrial zones.
The cable branch box includes a box body and a cover, with copper busbars and circuit breakers arranged inside; its feature is the use of a closed busbar system that encloses the copper busbars. At the same time, the internal copper busbars of the cable branch box adopt an insulated closed busbar system to prevent operators from being exposed to risks. The structure made from polyester resin fiberglass is novel and has good sealing performance; it features easy installation, low cost, attractive appearance, strong versatility, and flexible disassembly.
