1. Insulation work must be done well.

The temperature range required for high and low voltage distribution cabinets is usually between -10°C and 45°C. If the ambient temperature is too high, the conductivity of metal parts will decrease, while the resistivity will increase, and oxidation will gradually accelerate, which will also reduce the insulation strength of insulating parts. Of course, an excessively cold environment can also cause significant internal stress in low-voltage complete equipment, thereby compromising the reliability of insulating components. Therefore, it is necessary to add some insulation devices and protective measures according to the situation, and the surrounding environment should require that chemical products have no fire sources, no pollution, and no corrosion.

2. Regular dust prevention work must be done.

The metal equipment used in low-voltage complete equipment can be coated with appropriate paint to prevent rust and corrosion in daily life. To eliminate the impact of dust accumulation on insulation performance, dust inside the equipment should also be regularly cleaned with a brush. For circuit breakers that are frequently operated in daily life, the tightness of fixed screws should be regularly checked and tightened as necessary.

3. The internal wiring of complete high and low voltage distribution cabinets must be reasonable.

Sometimes, due to production needs, temporary power supply needs to be connected from the switch cabinet for low-voltage complete equipment. When wiring, strict adherence to electrical safety management regulations is required, using wires with good insulation performance. Its safety must fully meet the needs of electrical load so that electrical professionals can operate it. Wiring should be neat, not tangled, with no entanglement between wires, and reliable grounding should be ensured. When temporary power supply is no longer needed, newly added power supply facilities should be promptly removed and the site cleaned.
