Abstract

1. The iron distribution cabinet body is made of galvanized sheet and should have certain mechanical strength. The thickness of the second layer of the distribution box body should not be less than 1.5 mm of galvanized iron sheet. The plastic distribution box body should have certain mechanical strength, with a flat and undamaged perimeter, and the thickness of the second layer should not be less than 8 mm. The wooden distribution box body should be coated with anti-corrosion and fireproof paint, and the thickness of the wooden board surface should not be less than 20 mm.

2. The protective conductors inside the cabinet should have exposed terminals connecting to external protective conductors. When there are no specific design requirements, the minimum cross-sectional area SP of the protective conductors inside the cabinet should not be less than that specified in Table 1.

A. The low-voltage electrical assembly inside the cabinet should comply with the following regulations:

a. Heating elements should be installed in positions with good heat dissipation;

b. The specifications of the fuse element and the setting values of automatic switches should meet design requirements;

c. The contact between switching plates should be good, with a safety gap between adjacent plates, and switching should not involve adjacent plates;

d. The operation and signal display of signal circuit components such as signal lights, buttons, light word signs, electric bells, electric sirens, and accident clocks should be accurate;

e. The shell that needs to be grounded (PE) and connected to neutral (PEN) must have reliable connections;

f. Terminal blocks should be installed firmly, with terminals numbered, strong and weak electrical terminals separated, and terminal specifications matched with core wire cross-sectional areas.
