Abstract
1. The power switching and protection frequency conversion cabinet is equipped with a low-voltage molded case circuit breaker connected to the incoming power supply. In addition to completing the connection and disconnection of the circuit, it can provide short-circuit and overload protection for the circuit and frequency converter. It can also cut off the power supply during protection.
2. Start and stop control functions are set on the frequency conversion cabinet panel with frequency start and stop buttons for the operational control of frequency conversion equipment, facilitating on-site operation.
3. Frequency (speed) adjustment is facilitated by a frequency adjustment potentiometer set on the frequency conversion cabinet panel, allowing for easy manual adjustment of the output frequency of the frequency converter to control motor speed.
4. Display instruments on the frequency conversion cabinet panel include voltmeters, ammeters, and various indicator lights such as power indication, alarm indication, operational indication, and industrial frequency indication, enabling monitoring of input voltage, output current, output frequency, and various operational statuses of the frequency converter.
5. Backup industrial frequency switching allows users to choose a frequency conversion cabinet with backup industrial frequency switching. When a fault occurs in the frequency converter, it can automatically switch the motor to industrial power supply through a control circuit (this mode can be selected as manual/automatic; soft starters can be used for industrial equipment greater than 15KW).
6. Multiple control functions can be set on the frequency conversion cabinet panel according to system conditions, including various control buttons and indicator lights such as forward rotation, reverse rotation, motor acceleration, motor deceleration, jog forward, jog reverse, manual/automatic, emergency stop, variable frequency/industrial frequency, PLC control, touch screen, etc.
7. Additional peripheral devices can be installed in the frequency conversion cabinet based on operational needs, including input reactors, output reactors, DC reactors, EMI filters, braking units, braking resistors, contactors, intermediate relays, thermal relays, programmable controllers (PLC), programmable operation terminals (GOT), watt-hour meters, cooling fans, etc.
8. Safety protection is enhanced by installing the frequency converter within the frequency conversion cabinet to reduce environmental pollution and minimize electric shock risks while providing better protective effects.
9. Aesthetic alignment is achieved by installing the frequency converter within the frequency conversion cabinet to match the dimensions of other low-voltage distribution cabinets in different colors while maintaining harmony between distribution equipment and control equipment in terms of alignment and aesthetics. It should be reliable and kept as far away from hazardous areas as possible.
