1. Product Purpose

The GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 380V, and a rated working current of 1000 to 3150A, used by substations, power plants, and industrial users for energy conversion, as well as the allocation and control of electrical power, lighting, and generation equipment.

2. Structural Features

1. The cabinet body of the GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet adopts a universal cabinet form, with the frame made of partially welded 8MF cold-formed steel. It has 20 installation holes for molds, providing a high degree of universality.

2. The GGD cabinet fully considers heat dissipation issues. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while cold air continues to flow out from the lower end. The slot holes complement the cabinet body to create a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top, achieving heat dissipation.

3. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed if necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. Four corners at the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for easy lifting and transportation.

4. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30; users can also choose between IP20 to IP40 according to environmental requirements.
