Abstract
We often see some temporary distribution boxes at many construction sites, which are surrounded by very eye-catching colors. So what is the role of temporary distribution boxes? How to install temporary distribution boxes reasonably to ensure safety and meet usage requirements? Today, I will briefly introduce the role of temporary distribution boxes and the precautions for their installation.
The role of temporary distribution boxes:
1. Reasonable allocation of electrical energy.
2. Convenient circuit opening and closing.
3. High safety protection level, can intuitively display the circuit's conduction status.
Precautions for installing construction distribution boxes:
(1) The construction distribution system should set up a main distribution box, distribution boxes, and switch boxes, and be graded in the order of 'main-sub-open' to form a 'three-level distribution' model.
(2) The installation positions of each distribution box and switch box in the construction distribution system should be reasonable. The main distribution box should be as close as possible to the transformer or external power source for easy power introduction. Distribution boxes should be installed as centrally as possible to where electrical equipment or loads are relatively concentrated to ensure that the three-phase load remains balanced. The installation position of the switch box should be based on site conditions and working conditions, as close as possible to the electrical equipment it controls.
(3) To ensure the balance of three-phase loads in the construction distribution system, the electrical power for construction and lighting should form two separate power circuits, with distribution boxes and lighting distribution boxes set up separately.
(4) All electrical equipment on the construction site must have its own dedicated switch box.
(5) The cabinet and internal settings of each level of distribution box must comply with safety regulations. Inactive distribution boxes should have their power cut off and their doors locked.
(6) Fixed distribution boxes should have prominent fencing and measures against rain and impact.
(7) Post operation specifications and management regulations, with dedicated personnel managing the distribution box.
