Abstract

The fire inspection cabinet is a functional cabinet for fully automatic inspection of fire pumps. To prevent issues such as long-term idle fire pumps, rust, and abnormal operation of the pumps, the fire inspection cabinet uses low-frequency inspection of the fire pumps. During inspection, the motor runs at 300 RPM, with no increase in the chilled water system and no starting current, which greatly extends the lifespan of the equipment.

1. The fire inspection cabinet has manual/fully automatic inspection functions, allowing for low-frequency low-speed inspection operations of fire water pumps, pressure stabilizing pumps, and fire pressure stabilizing pumps, with adjustable inspection cycle times.

2. Each fire water pump can be inspected individually, with each inspection lasting no less than 2 minutes, and the inspection duration is adjustable.

3. During the inspection of the fire inspection cabinet, fire safety data signals are generated, ensuring automatic termination and withdrawal from the inspection, allowing the fire water pump to enter a fire safety operational state, with manual standby after the fire safety is completed.

4. The inspection equipment is equipped with a fault sound and light alarm, fault monitoring functions, recording types and durations of faults such as short circuits, phase loss, load issues, overvoltage, undervoltage, communication faults, etc., which are easy to understand and facilitate maintenance operations by the operation and maintenance team.

5. During the automatic identification phase, once any fault is detected, a sound and light alarm will be triggered, and 25 fault information records will be visually memorized.

6. It has protection functions for overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, and phase loss.

7. The inspection process does not generate pressure on the pipeline network, effectively controlling the pipeline network! Depressurization inspection function.

9. The device is equipped with an RS485 serial communication interface for remote transmission of building intelligent operational status (customer customization).

During inspections, the motor speed is set to 300 RPM, with no increase in the air conditioning system and no starting current, greatly extending the equipment's lifespan.

The fire inspection cabinet consists of two parts: main circuit inspection and fire safety equipment pressure inspection. It can perform low-frequency automatic inspections of the main control chip circuit and centrifugal pumps without increasing the inspection system load. The intelligent inspection control board exports control codes to sequentially inspect the main circuit contactor and return data signals from the main auxiliary contact surface of the contactor; control signals should not exceed 2 seconds. After completing the main circuit inspection, the inspection control board will send out the next inspection command for the pressure inspection equipment. Upon receiving the inspection command, the fire water pump will conduct a low-speed pressure inspection.

Common issues during assembly of the fire inspection cabinet:

1. The equipment should not be installed in overly humid areas; it should be installed in naturally ventilated areas and equipped with fans to assist with waterproofing.

2. Power lines should use open wire troughs for wiring to reduce maintenance costs.

3. Assembly should be performed by professional installers to prevent damage to equipment and management losses.

4. After assembly is complete, check whether the distribution lines for inspections are grounded and whether lightning protection is properly implemented.

5. Equipment maintenance must be carried out with assistance from professional personnel for disassembly and replacement of parts.
