Operating Steps of the Fire Inspection Cabinet

1. Conduct a safety inspection of the switch power distribution circuit to ensure that the three-phase power supply is connected to the control system.

2. Turn the emergency shutdown power switch to the off position and set the manual control of the inspection to the off position.

3. Connect to the main switch power circuit, turn on the emergency shutdown power switch, and check the indicator lights and digital ammeter current strength on the board. Plug in the variable frequency drive speed controller and display the control interface on the touch screen.

4. If you want to perform a manual inspection, turn the power switch to the fluctuation position, manually control the fluctuation operation on the touch screen, and use the corresponding pump to achieve low-speed inspection of the pump.

5. Set the manual position to automatic inspection mode, operate automatic running on the touch screen, and the inspection control system can perform inspections according to the assembled time and cycle settings. When the inspection indicator light is on, stop the inspection operation.

6. On the touch screen, you can set parameters such as pump operation, inspection cabinet cycle time, and pump usage time.

7. The touch screen page has a set alarm system that will flash when there is a fault in the fire pump motor or when operating current is abnormal. The fault indicator light will flash and an alarm sound will be emitted. At this time, you can click to check the common fault location of the pump, which will automatically recover after troubleshooting.

The fire inspection cabinet consists of electrical components and is not a standalone electrical component; therefore, it can be regarded as a complete set of household appliance control equipment.

The fire inspection cabinet must be installed in a dry, clean room with good heat dissipation conditions. Installation must be carried out by professional electrical personnel. The installation of the fire inspection cabinet must strictly follow electrical drawings and relevant building wiring plan requirements for assembly and wiring. The wiring from the fire inspection cabinet to the fire pump distribution box must be properly color-coded to ensure consistency between neutral and live wires.

When selecting a fire inspection cabinet, several aspects should be considered:

1. Quality must be guaranteed. Quality assurance is evident; regardless of any product, quality is essential. If quality is not up to standard, what use is there for maintenance later?

2. Certificates must be complete. Regular fire units generally have necessary materials for project inspections: approval documents from fire product quality assessment centers, inspection reports from fire electronic product quality supervision centers, and CCC certificates. Without certificates, there is no guarantee of quality and significant safety risks exist; this equipment cannot pass acceptance during fire engineering inspections.

3. Fire products must meet industry standards; if there are no industry standards, they must meet general standards. It is strictly prohibited to manufacture, sell or use non-compliant fire products or those that are explicitly banned.
