1. The fire inspection cabinet has a fully automatic inspection function, and the inspection cycle can be set arbitrarily within 7 days according to customer requirements, generally set to a 24-hour cycle.
2. During the inspection, the fire pump starts one by one in a low-frequency and low-speed manner, with each pump running for no less than 2 minutes, generally every 5 minutes per cycle.
3. During automatic inspection, a pulse action signal of no more than 2 seconds is sent to the main low-voltage equipment in the control cabinet of the fire pump to check its action status one by one.
4. During automatic inspection, if a fire signal is encountered, it immediately exits the inspection and enters fire operation mode.

Principle and Function of Fire Inspection Cabinet
As an intelligent patrolling device, the fire inspection cabinet is an indispensable equipment in the fire safety industry and can serve as a warning device. To better use and understand the equipment, here is a share of its working principle:
1. When the switch of the fire inspection cabinet system is in automatic mode, the fire pump can automatically check and operate. The automatic detection cycle can range from several hours to hundreds of hours; the cycle clock automatically starts the inspection program and has a manual inspection function.
2. The fire inspection cabinet outputs inspection instructions to check each main circuit one by one; the return signal for checking is taken from all electrical components' main and auxiliary contacts, with an allowable feedback signal time not exceeding 2 seconds.
3. After completing the main circuit check, the checking controller sends the next check instruction to the no-pressure checking device. After receiving the check instruction, the device sequentially performs low-speed no-pressure checks on the fire pump; during this check, the motor speed is low and does not generate water pressure.
4. Throughout the entire inspection process, if the device receives a fire control command, the intelligent inspection controller will immediately issue a command to stop inspections and instantly start fire control to complete fire control tasks. A new patrol operation process can only be initiated if no fire incidents occur in the next patrol cycle.
