Abstract
CombinationBox-type SubstationIt places the transformer body, high-voltage load switch, fuse, and high and low voltage joints in a common sealed oil tank, with transformer oil serving as the insulating medium between the live parts and the ground. This type of distribution equipment has a compact structure, small size, and is economical and practical.
The combined box-type substation generally adopts two types of energy-saving combined transformers. The transformer core material usually uses high-quality oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets or high-efficiency energy-saving amorphous alloy sheets.
ZG (Combined Common Box) type common box oil-immersed transformer, where the transformer places protective and control electrical appliances such as high-voltage load switches and fuses in the same oil tank as the transformer core.
ZF (Combined Split Tank) type split combined oil-immersed transformer, where the transformer oil tank is equipped with two independent sealed units, one containing high-voltage load switches, fuses, and other control and protection electrical appliances, while the other contains the transformer core.
The transformer body and the box-type substation form a whole, with the transformer's heat dissipation surface exposed outside the substation body. The plug-in fully insulated cable head is connected to the power supply. The box-type substation body is equipped with high-voltage and low-voltage compartments, with a high-low voltage operating area on the front of the box. The operating area includes high and low voltage terminals, load switch operating handles, no-load voltage regulation switches, plug-in fuses, pressure relief valves, oil temperature gauges, oil level gauges, etc. The high-low voltage compartments are equipped with interlocking devices; the high-voltage compartment cannot be opened when the low-voltage compartment is not opened. The plug-in fuse (primary protection) is connected in series with a backup protection fuse to form secondary protection.
According to the required wiring scheme, install low-voltage control electrical appliances (low-voltage main switch, branch outgoing switch, etc.) and manual or automatic reactive power compensation devices in the low-voltage area.
The combined box-type substation can be equipped with metering devices as needed and can be equipped with high and low voltage lightning arresters, phase loss controllers, intelligent undervoltage controllers, dew condensation controllers, live monitoring devices, fault indicators, telemetry remote communication integrated distribution measurement instruments for protection monitoring.
