Abstract

Using box-type substations, measures are taken to ensure equipment quality, thereby better guaranteeing the use of the equipment, improving its efficiency, and extending its service life.

Quality is the key to ensuring the operation of any equipment, and the use of box-type substations is no exception. Therefore, during the use of the equipment, we need to understand the quality assurance measures in detail to better ensure the operation of the equipment.

1. After installing the grounding device, grounding resistance testing can only be conducted when the ground humidity reaches the specified level in clear weather. If there are grounding devices with resistance values that do not meet requirements, corresponding grounding and grounding busbars need to be added as necessary until the grounding resistance values meet design requirements.

2. The height of wall masonry should not exceed 1.2m per day.

3. When backfilling earthwork, strictly check the use of backfill materials, which must not contain plant debris, garbage, or other impurities.

4. Backfill soil must be compacted in layers as specified to ensure the density of the backfill.

5. The corners of masonry should be constructed simultaneously; if they cannot be built at the same time, they should be left according to regulations.

6. The temporary construction opening on the wall should be no less than 500mm from the junction wall, and the net width of the opening should not exceed 1m.
