Abstract
To fully utilize the lifespan of machinery, it is essential to pay attention to its maintenance. Machinery repair is also an effective guarantee for extending or ensuring the use of machinery.Low-voltage complete equipmentThe maintenance of low-voltage complete equipment is mainly to ensure the normal and safe operation of low-voltage distribution cabinets. The maintenance of low-voltage complete distribution cabinets involves many aspects and contents. Today, the manufacturer of low-voltage complete equipment will mainly explain the maintenance knowledge of complete low-voltage distribution cabinets.
The maintenance of low-voltage complete equipment is an essential step to ensure that electrical cabinets can be used normally at any time, including the maintenance of circuit breakers in transformers, drawer switches, capacitor cabinets, receiving cabinets, and contact cabinets.
During the repair process, the distribution cabinet must be powered off first, which is very important. Next, repair the transformer from the low-voltage side, check whether the busbar and drop wire connections are intact, whether the joint points are overheating or discoloring, whether the cable heads and connection posts are firm and reliable, and whether the grounding wire is rusted or if the connection posts are tightened. All secondary circuit connections must be reliable, and insulation must meet requirements. When checking the capacitor cabinet, disconnect the main switch of the capacitor cabinet and discharge each capacitor to ground using wires larger than 10mm2. Conduct a visual inspection to ensure that the shell is intact and there are no oil leaks. If the capacitor shell is swollen, it should be dealt with promptly, and replace the discharge device and connection screws for the control circuit and grounding device. After closing, debug the indication part and automatic compensation part. When repairing circuit breakers in receiving cabinets and contact cabinets, also pay attention to re-tightening connection screws, checking whether the elasticity of the knife edge meets requirements, whether the arc extinguishing grid is broken or damaged, manually debugging whether mechanical interlocking open/close is accurate, checking whether contact points are good, filing flat contact surfaces if necessary, and checking whether internal springs, washers, and screws are loose, deformed, or fallen off.
During inspection, be careful not to repair alone and have someone supervise nearby. Pay attention to power off before starting work and only operate after fully understanding the working principle.
