1. All electrical components can be reliably fixed in designated positions within the entire cabinet, and the appearance of the complete cabinet is generally cubic, such as screen-type, box-type, etc., and there are also table-type and other prismatic shapes. These cabinets can be single-column or arranged;

2. To ensure the shape and size of the complete cabinet, components are often assembled step by step, generally first forming two pieces or the left and right sides, then forming the complete cabinet body, or first meeting the shape requirements and then connecting the internal service components of the complete cabinet in sequence;

3. The lengths of the parts that make up each side of the complete cabinet must be correct (with negative tolerances), so as to ensure geometric dimensions in all aspects, thereby ensuring overall appearance requirements;

4. For both sides of the complete cabinet, due to layout requirements, there should be no bulge in the middle;

5. In addition, from an installation perspective, the bottom surface should not be recessed.

6. In layout installation, leveling the foundation is a prerequisite, but there may be certain errors in dryness and the cabinet itself. During layout, efforts should be made to offset lateral differences rather than cause cumulative differences, as cumulative differences can lead to deformation of the complete cabinet, affecting bus connections, eccentric installation of components, and stress concentration, even impacting electrical lifespan. Therefore, during layout, the highest point of the foundation should be used as the installation reference point, and then gradually expand the shims. If the dryness of the bottom surface is ideal and predictable, a method of expanding from the center to both sides can also be used to evenly distribute accumulated differences;

7. To facilitate adjustment and offsetting of cumulative tolerances, the width tolerance of the complete cabinet is negative.

8. After all components of the complete cabinet are assembled, they should be reshaped as needed to meet the shape and size requirements of each part;

9. When manufacturing large-sized or large-batch complete cabinets, sufficient consideration should be given to the use of fixtures to ensure correct and uniform structure. The reference surface of fixtures should appropriately take the bottom surface into account, and the layout of positioning blocks in fixtures should facilitate easy removal of workpieces. For external doors of complete cabinets, which are easily affected by transportation and installation, adjustments are generally made uniformly during installation.
