Abstract

The lighting distribution box is a basic distribution device that reasonably combines residual current protective devices and air switches inside, achieving centralized control of household power supply and providing protection functions such as grounding, overload, and short circuit. It is widely used in various places such as buildings, squares, stations, and industrial enterprises. Do you know the installation specifications and technical requirements for lighting distribution boxes? Below, I will introduce them to you:

　　照明配电箱是其内部合理组合剩余电流动作保护器和空气开关，实现家庭供电集中控制和接地、过载、短路等保护功能的基本配电装置，广泛应用于各种建筑、广场、车站、工矿企业等场所，你知道照明配电箱的安装规范和技术要求吗?下面小编就给大家介绍一下:

　　1.照明配电箱应安装牢固，照明配电箱底边距地面的高度不应小于1.8m。

　　2.照明配电箱中的交流、DC或不同等级的电源应清楚标记和编号，照明配电箱应标有电源线路名称。

　　3.照明配电箱应分别设置零线和保护接地(PE线)母线，零线和保护线应在母线上连接，不得铰接。

　　4.安装在照明配电箱内的螺旋熔断器的电源线应接至中间接触端子，负载线应接至螺纹端子。

　　5.照明配电箱内各单相支路电流不超过16A，灯数不超过25盏，大型建筑组合灯的每个单相回路电流不应超过25A，光源数量不应超过60个。

　　6.当插座为独立电路时，数量不应超过10个，当灯和插座混合成一个回路时，插座的数量不应超过5个。

　　除满足配电箱、照明配电箱的安装要求外，还应满足以下要求:

　　1.箱体的一般要求不应由可燃材料制成，如果使用木质材料，必须用阻燃剂处理。

　　2.箱体开口与管径相适应，边缘整齐，开口位置正确，供电管应该在左边，负载管应该在右边。照明分布

　　底边距地面1.5m，照明配电板底边距地面不小于1.8m。

　　3.箱(面板)内元器件齐全，接线整齐，接线正确，无铰链现象，循环编号完整，标识正确。电线应连接紧密，不得损坏芯线，不得中断，压在垫圈下螺钉两侧的导体横截面积相同。同一端子上连接的导线不超过2根，止回垫圈和其他零件齐全。

　　4.配电箱上的电器和仪表应牢固、平直、整齐、间距均匀，铜端子应无松动，开合灵活，零件齐全，排列间距应符合表的要求。
