Abstract

The automation control system refers to the use of certain active control devices to actively manage some key parameters in production, allowing them to be adjusted back to the required value range of the process when they deviate from the normal state due to external disturbances. Various process conditions in production cannot remain constant.

Especially in chemical production, most processes are continuous, and various equipment are interconnected. When the process conditions of one piece of equipment change, it may cause certain parameters in other equipment to fluctuate, deviating from the normal process conditions. Of course, active adjustment means that direct human involvement is not required.

An automated control system consists of a controller and a controlled object. However, to achieve complex control tasks, a typical automated control system should generally also include: setpoint elements, actuating elements, measuring and transmitting elements, and comparison elements.
