Machine Tool Introduction:
1. High rigidity machine bed, exclusive high-temperature CNC electric furnace standard annealing process treatment, ensuring long-term stability of machine tool accuracy.
2. The machine tool features a side-open sliding door design, providing good human-machine accessibility and saving space.
3. Imported original packaged fiber laser, with good beam quality, stable performance, no reflective lenses, no need to adjust the optical path, and basically maintenance-free.
4. The fiber laser has a high electro-optical conversion efficiency of 30%, which can significantly save electricity during operation and has extremely low operating costs.
5. Uses imported guiding transmission components and servo motors for high precision and high speed.
6. Can freely design various graphics or text for instant cutting, with simple, flexible, and convenient operation.
7. The automatic exchange table can reduce the waiting time of the machine tool during loading and unloading, improving efficiency.
8. The cutting edge quality is smooth and flat with minimal deformation.
9. Low energy consumption, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with extremely low power consumption; the total power consumption of the whole machine is 1/3 to 1/5 of that of the same power YAG laser, and the cutting speed of thin plates is more than three times that of YAG.
