Abstract

In 2017, the Liuyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, under the strong leadership of the municipal party committee and government, and with the strong support of various departments at all levels, earnestly implemented the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party. It firmly grasped the national requirements for revitalizing the real economy, closely focused on the Liuyang municipal party committee's deployment of the 'Five Major Battles,' and actively promoted attracting large enterprises and strengthening production.

It firmly grasped the national requirements for revitalizing the real economy, closely focused on the work deployment of the Liuyang Municipal Party Committee's 'Five Major Battles', and actively promoted key tasks such as attracting large enterprises, industrial transformation, project breakthroughs, technological innovation, and service upgrades. The economic, social, and livelihood development of the park has achieved greater results.

Over the past year, a number of advanced units and individuals with outstanding contributions have emerged in the park. To summarize achievements and commend the advanced, according to relevant reward policies of the park, after research by the park's Party Working Committee and Management Committee, it has been decided to award 'Tax Contribution Award' to Hunan Chengyuan Electric Co., Ltd.
