Abstract
Looking back at 2017, it was a year for the company to carry on the past and usher in the future; despite the harsh environment faced by the entire industry, we were not intimidated by difficulties, and the company's contract amount and output value maintained steady growth.
In 2017, the company completed equity incentives, stock reform audits, evaluations, and industrial and commercial changes. Chengyuan Electric transformed from a limited liability company to a joint-stock company, laying a solid foundation for its next leap forward; the listing on the New Third Board was progressing smoothly, and in 2017 we completed the audit for listing and the preparation of application materials. We successfully completed the application in January 2018 and received the acceptance documents from the Beijing Stock Transfer System.
The achievements mentioned above could not have been made without the hard work of the company's leaders and colleagues, as well as the silent support of their families; it is your understanding and support that give us even more confidence in Chengyuan's future.
