Product Description
The grid-tied PV cabinet is a dedicated complete set of switching equipment at the "inverter-grid" boundary in a photovoltaic power station, undertaking four core functions: grid connection protection, metering, monitoring, and isolation. Typical configurations and requirements are as follows:
1. Functional Configuration
• Protection: Loss of voltage/voltage automatic switching, anti-islanding, overvoltage/undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, lightning protection, and anti-reverse current.
• Metering: Reserved for bidirectional smart meters and negative control positions to meet the grid company's metering and subsidy settlement needs.
• Monitoring: Standard RS-485/Modbus-RTU, optional PLC, 4G/5G, Ethernet, to achieve remote switching, power generation statistics, fault recording, and power quality monitoring.
• Governance: Expandable intelligent capacitor, SVG/APF modules, on-site harmonic and reactive power governance to ensure that the power factor passes the initial acceptance test.
2. Structure and Installation
• Cabinet: Indoor IP30~IP54 optional, outdoor IP65, cold-rolled steel plate or 304 stainless steel, double-door, bottom entry and exit, fully sealed visualized design of copper busbars, complete grounding busbars and warning signs.
• Installation: Height ≥1.8 m, leaving a ≥0.6 m operating passage; supports wall mounting, floor standing, or frame type, and can be bottom or top cable entry.
• Identification: Panel silk-screen printing "Grid-tied cabinet" "High voltage danger", including primary system diagram, operating instructions, and QR code electronic manual.

By selecting grid-tied cabinets that have passed the IEC 61439-1/6, GB/T 7251.12 full-type test (TTA), on-site grid connection debugging can be completed within 15 days, meeting the differentiated acceptance requirements of various grid companies.
