Product Description
I. Design Phase
1. Requirements Clarification
• Functions: Power distribution/control/frequency conversion/PLC/compensation/grid connection, etc.
• Environment: Temperature –40 ℃ ~ +55 ℃, humidity 5 % ~ 95 %, altitude ≤ 2000 m, corrosion protection/explosion-proof/outdoor IP54-D, etc.
• Parameters: Rated voltage, current, short-circuit capacity, input/output method, installation method (wall-mounted/floor-standing/pole-mounted)
2. Structure and Safety
• Enclosure: ≥ 1.5 mm S304 stainless steel or cold-rolled steel plate, double-layer heat insulation + foam sealing, rounded corners to prevent hand cuts, RAL color code customizable
• Door: Single door width ≤ 900 mm, opening angle ≥ 95°; Hinges/locking devices must not reduce the original IP rating
• Pressure relief and heat dissipation: Top cover ≥ 2° slope to prevent water accumulation, removable; Fans or air conditioners calculated according to heat load, temperature rise ≤ 40 K
• Hoisting: ≥ 1000 mm cabinet height must have M12 hoisting rings; Base height ≥ 100 mm, reserved cable trench and decorative cover
3. Electrical Design
• Grounding: TN-S, independent copper busbar ≥ 25 mm², diagonal grounding at two points, door and frame connected with ≥ 4 mm² copper flexible wire
• Insulation and isolation: Main circuit withstand voltage ≥ 2.5 kV/1 min, creepage distance conforms to IEC 60664-1
• Cable selection:
– Inside cabinet: RV single-core 1.0 mm² (main), 0.75 mm² (control), ≥ 6D bending radius
– Outside cabinet: RVV multi-core or shielded twisted pair; Use drag chain cable for mobile applications
• Protection: Circuit breaker + leakage current ≤ 30 mA, 0.1 s; Emergency stop double circuit, optical grating interlock (if required)
4. Control System
• PLC, HMI, inverter, instrument layout is reasonable, maintenance passage ≥ 800 mm; Modular rail/quick-plug design, 30 min unit replacement
• Interface: Industrial Ethernet, RS-485, 4G/LoRa reserved; Supports remote "four remote" and firmware upgrade
II. Manufacturing Phase
1. Process
• Laser cutting → CNC bending → Welding → Porcelain/spraying ≥ 80 μm; Salt spray test ≥ 500 h
• Components: ABB, Schneider, CHINT certified components are preferred, all 3C/CE/UL certificates are provided with the goods
2. Inspection
• Routine tests: Dielectric, grounding continuity, function simulation, IP rain test (outdoor)
• Type tests: Temperature rise, short circuit, internal arc IAC AFLR 31.5 kA/1 s (applicable to high-voltage cabinets)
III. Installation Phase
1. Foundation
• Foundation steel: 10# channel steel, flatness ≤ 1 mm/m, welded to grounding busbar, panel fixed with M12×30 bolts
• Shock absorption: Rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, meet local seismic intensity
2. Wiring
• Inlet and outlet openings are free of burrs, with protective sleeves, maintaining IP; Bottom fireproof mud sealing
• Complete cable labels, loop numbers, and color codes; 20% spare terminals
IV. Examples of Common Non-standard Customization
• Outdoor photovoltaic grid-connected cabinet: IP54-D, 304 stainless steel, with 5 kVA air conditioner, DC 1500 V input
• Tunnel frequency conversion control cabinet: IP65, anti-condensation heater, anti-vibration 3 g, EMC filter
• Hospital operating room UPS power distribution cabinet: Dual power supply ATS + isolation transformer + leakage current monitoring 2 mA
