This can prevent issues such as load back electromotive force caused by suddenly cutting off the main power supply, thus preventing equipment damage.
- "Disconnect step by step": Requires operators to carefully disconnect each branch circuit breaker one by one. No branch should be overlooked, and when disconnecting each branch circuit breaker, the action should be decisive and thorough to ensure that the branch is completely powered off.
- "Observe the instruments": During the power outage operation, always pay attention to the readings of voltage meters, ammeters, and other instruments on the distribution cabinet. When a branch circuit breaker is disconnected, the ammeter reading should drop to zero. Observing the instruments can confirm whether the branch is truly powered off and can also help detect abnormal situations in a timely manner; for example, abnormal instrument readings may indicate leakage or other faults in the circuit.

- "Close switches in order": After confirming that the main power voltage is normal, close each branch circuit breaker in order from the power side to the load side. Just like turning on branch faucets one by one, this should be done systematically. After closing each branch circuit breaker, observe the ammeter reading to determine if there are any overloads or other abnormal situations.
