Abstract

Firstly, it goes without saying that rainproof distribution cabinets must have dustproof and waterproof capabilities, and they also need to be resistant to acids and alkalis. The protection level requirements are particularly high, needing to reach IP56.

1. The engineering plastic shell is made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin material, formed through mold constraints, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It has advantages such as aging resistance, non-deformation, impact resistance, anti-static properties, and corrosion resistance. The product color is green.

2. The steel plate shell is pickled on the surface and treated with high-pressure electrostatic spraying after passivation, with a corrosion resistance level of F1.

3. The stainless steel shell is processed through mold blanking and forming technology, with a mirror polishing treatment on the surface, making it beautiful and elegant.

4. Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, salt, seawater, ammonia, and chloride ion corrosion, with a corrosion resistance level of F2.

5. It features a maze-type waterproof structure that provides good waterproof and dustproof functions, with a protection level of IP65.

6. Suitable for circuits communicating at 50Hz, voltage up to 380V and below, DC up to 440 and below, and current within 100A, serving functions such as lighting control at work sites, power transmission, and power control.

7. All exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel, and sealing components are made of silicone rubber that is oil-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and high-temperature resistant.

8. Equipped with C65 high-breaking miniature circuit breakers.

9. Can include leakage protection and photoelectric control functions.
