Abstract
On October 9, 2020, Xiao Tuansheng, the chairman of Hunan Chengyuan Electric Appliance, who is also the vice president of the Hunan Province Power Distribution Equipment Industry Association, led a delegation of five people including the company's deputy general manager Xiao Tuangui, marketing director Fu Pengfei, and processing workshop director Li Jing for a four-day internship and inspection in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. They visited several companies including Moku Electric Co., Ltd. under Wankong Group, Lishui Wankong Electric Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Chint Electric Co., Ltd. under Chint Group, Wenzhou Wanzheng Power Supply Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Dadao Electric Co., Ltd., China Hongsu Electric Technology Co., Ltd., and Yueqing Qimei Electric Co., Ltd.
The cooperation and exchange in the electrical appliance industry between Hunan and Zhejiang has officially started.

First stop: Moku Electric Co., Ltd. (Wankong Group)
Moku Electric Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, covering an area of 130 acres with a registered capital of 188.9 million yuan and over 600 employees. It mainly engages in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of gas-insulated ring main units, high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers, grounding switches, and other high and low voltage electrical components and accessories.
Sales Manager Ge Xuejiao personally received the delegation and explained the production process and featured products.
Second stop: Wankong Electric Co., Ltd. (Lishui City)
Lishui Wankong Technology Co., Ltd. is located at No. 571 Nanshan Industrial Park, Lidu District, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. Founded in 2003 with a total investment of 250 million yuan, it covers an area of over 100 acres. The company specializes in the production and service of electrical cabinets. It currently has over 750 employees, including more than 200 welfare employees and over a hundred technical personnel with college degrees or above. The company has complete facilities and advanced equipment, including Estun automatic bending production lines, Mitsubishi laser cutting machines, fully automatic painting spraying production lines, Murata CNC machine tools, OTC automatic welding production lines, etc., with an annual production capacity of 90,000 sets of electrical cabinets, making it an important production base for Wankong's Southeast electrical cabinet market.
Third stop: Chint Electric's Egret Island Intelligent Innovation Experience Center
Chint Group was founded in 1984 and is a globally renowned provider of smart energy solutions. The group actively lays out its business in the '4+1' industrial sectors including smart electrical appliances, green energy, industrial control and automation, smart home systems, and incubators, forming a complete industrial chain advantage that integrates 'power generation, power storage, power transmission, power transformation, power distribution, power sales, and power consumption.'
Since 2015, Chint has invested over 200 million yuan to build two digital workshops for miniature circuit breakers and AC contactors over three years and put them into operation to achieve fully automated production processes for miniature circuit breakers and AC contactors. This project was also listed as one of the 94 new model applications for intelligent manufacturing announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2015.
The Chengyuan Electric inspection team visited Chint Electric's new generation intelligent digital unmanned production base and gained an in-depth understanding of the intelligent assembly line production workshop.
Fourth stop: Zhejiang Chint Electric Co., Ltd. (Longwan Industrial Park)
Zhejiang Chint Electric Co., Ltd. was established in August 1997 and is the core holding company of Chint Group. The company specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of low-voltage electrical products across more than 100 series and over 10,000 specifications including distribution electrical appliances, control electrical appliances, terminal electrical appliances, power electrical appliances, and power electronics. Over its more than 30 years of establishment, Chint Electric has provided reliable products and services to over 140 countries and regions.
The Chengyuan Electric inspection team further understood the product structure of low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components as well as the production process and digital management in workshops.

In addition, the Chengyuan Electric inspection team also visited several outstanding local electrical enterprises in Wenzhou for in-depth understanding and communication. Through inspecting the Zhejiang electrical market further insights into new products and next-generation production processes were gained to promote healthy development among different enterprises in the same industry truly realizing the corporate culture concept of common development · win-win cooperation. Thus this Chengyuan Electric trip to Wenzhou comes to a perfect conclusion; it is hoped that the Chinese electrical appliance industry can strengthen communication and cooperation in the future for mutual interaction and resource sharing to jointly create a high-tech high-efficiency development environment.
