Hunan Chengyuan Electric Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company established from the restructuring of Changsha Chengyuan Electric Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. Founded in 1999 (originally named Changsha Guangyuan Electric Complete Factory), it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales, and installation and debugging services of high and low voltage complete switchgear, DC power supplies, outdoor box-type substations, fire control equipment, and industrial automation control equipment.
The company adheres to the business philosophy of 'diligence and simplicity! Integrity as the foundation' and the purpose of 'innovative development! Win-win cooperation'. Through years of effort, it has successively obtained multiple honorary titles such as 'Hunan Province High-tech Enterprise', 'Changsha Famous Brand Product Enterprise', 'Hunan Province Famous Brand Product Enterprise', 'Hunan Province Two-type Products', 'Hunan Province Integrity Enterprise', 'National Quality Integrity AAA-level Brand Enterprise', and 'Hunan Province Famous Trademark'. The company is located at No. 13 Yongyang Road, Liuyang (Yongan) High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Hunan, 10 kilometers from Changsha Huanghua International Airport, situated in the comprehensive reform experimental zone for a two-type society in the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration. The company currently has a factory area of over 20,000 square meters, with more than 170 employees, including 96 engineering technicians with college degrees or above, and an annual output value exceeding 100 million yuan. It possesses more than 300 sets of modern equipment including fiber laser cutting machines, CNC punching, shearing, bending processing equipment, welding equipment, spraying equipment, CNC copper busbar punching, shearing, bending processing equipment, and testing instruments. With nearly 20 years of professional manufacturing experience, the company has cultivated a group of excellent technical talents and employs computer network management and CAD-assisted design, possessing unique development capabilities in non-standard electric control products, having obtained twelve national utility model patents.
The company's main products include outdoor box-type substations, DC power supplies, high and low voltage complete switchgear and control equipment widely used in various fields such as electric power grids, water conservancy hydropower systems, hotels, hospitals, schools, real estate projects, and industrial enterprises. It has also maintained long-term stable strategic partnerships with companies such as SANY Heavy Industry, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., CRRC Corporation Limited, Lens Technology, Vanke Group, Jinke Group, Greenland Group, China National Light Industry Group Corporation, China Machinery International Corporation, and China Metallurgical Group Corporation.
The company has successively passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification. Multiple high voltage switchgear products have obtained voluntary product certification; over 20 low voltage complete switchgear products have received national mandatory CCC product certification.
