1. Product Positioning
Non-standard customized switchgear is an independently designed 0.4 kV complete set of equipment for on-site dimensions, protection levels, functional combinations, or aesthetic requirements that standard products cannot meet, covering various end-level power distribution scenarios such as lighting, power, fire protection, photovoltaic, charging piles, and explosion-proof.

• Rated current: 10 A – 630 A (maximum 1000 A for main switch)
• Rated short-time withstand: 4 kA – 30 kA / 1 s

• Protection level: Indoor IP30 – IP40, Outdoor IP45 – IP55, Explosion-proof Ex d IIC T6 Gb / IP66

4. Design Process (7 days for drawings, 4 – 6 weeks for delivery)
① Requirements collection: Installation space, environmental level, number of circuits, load type, future expansion plan
② 3D modeling: SolidWorks / Eplan Pro Panel generates 3D drawings of enclosures, busbars, and wiring
③ Simulation verification: Temperature rise, short-circuit strength, EMC, seismic analysis
④ Process manufacturing: Laser cutting → CNC bending → Robot welding → Porcelain spraying ≥ 80 μm
⑤ Factory testing: Dielectric, grounding, functional simulation, IP rain test (outdoor) / explosion-proof pressure test
⑥ On-site service: Guide installation, wiring, debugging, provide completion drawings and QR code electronic manuals
5. Typical Scenarios
• Outdoor landscape / charging pile: IP55, 304 stainless steel, anti-condensation heater, lightning protection SPD
• Chemical explosion-proof: Ex d IIC T6, 316L stainless steel, explosion-proof gland + explosion-proof switch
• Data center floor: 600 mm wide × 400 mm deep × 1000 mm high, 19″ mounting angle, front and rear mesh doors for heat dissipation
• Hospital operating room: Dual power ATS + isolation transformer + leakage current monitoring < 2 mA
• Tunnel / subway: Seismic resistance 3 g, salt spray resistance 500 h, top inlet, bottom fire mud sealing
