The CYDKQ series high-voltage reactor starting cabinet is used in power systems below 12KV and is suitable for power systems, electrified railways, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, etc., where fire prevention requirements are high, electromagnetic interference is required, and installation space is limited. In urban power substations, when AC asynchronous motors start at rated voltage, the initial starting current is often many times greater than the rated current (generally 5-8 times). In order to reduce the starting current and avoid affecting the power grid, the voltage is usually reduced to start the AC asynchronous motor. Common methods use reactors or autotransformers. The starting process of the AC motor is very short (generally a few seconds to two minutes). After starting, the reactor or autotransformer used for reduced-voltage starting is removed. This product is designed according to the starting characteristics of high-voltage asynchronous motors, generally for motors with a power of 220-4800KW. The product conforms to international standard IEC288-88 and the Ministry's standard JB5346-98.
