Product Description
MNS-G is a low-voltage switchgear assembly upgraded based on ABB's MNS technology in Sweden, combined with the needs of China's power grid and industry. It is suitable for 50/60 Hz, rated operating voltage 380/660 V, and distribution and motor control systems with a maximum horizontal busbar of 6300 A. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, data centers, commercial buildings, and municipal projects.

2. Structural Features
• Modular C-section frame, E = 25 mm standard hole spacing, fully assembled without welding, excellent cabinet strength and grounding continuity;
• Drawer units in five specifications: 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, and 3. A single cabinet can accommodate up to 36 circuits, supporting interchangeability and maintenance without power interruption;
• The drawer drive mechanism has a three-position mechanical interlock: connect-test-separate, operating force ≤ 25 N, plugging and unplugging life ≥ 1000 times;
• Rear-mounted horizontal busbars, top/bottom cable compartments allow for free entry and exit of wires from the top and bottom, and the double-sided maintenance space only requires 600 mm;
• Internal partitions and drawer side panels are made of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastics, which are resistant to high temperatures of 960 ℃ and effectively inhibit arc propagation.
3. Functional Units
• Incoming cabinet: ACB drawer-type or fixed-type, intelligent trip unit with L-S-I-G four-stage protection;
• Feeder cabinet: MCCB drawer unit 63 A – 630 A, can be equipped with electronic trip or thermal magnetic trip;
• Motor control cabinet: direct start, reversible, soft start, frequency conversion drawer, power up to 250 kW;
• Reactive power compensation cabinet: static or thyristor switching, capacity 50 – 400 kvar, THDi ≤ 5 %;
• Dual power supply switching cabinet: PC level ATS 400 – 3200 A, switching time ≤ 50 ms.
4. Intelligent Expansion
• All series reserve Modbus-RTU / PROFIBUS / Ethernet interfaces, which can be connected to SCADA/DCS;
• Optional wireless temperature measurement, arc protection, and energy management modules to achieve predictive maintenance;
• Meets the requirements of GB/T 7251.12-2013, IEC 60439-1, IEC 61439-1/2 full-type test (TTA).

National Grid urban distribution network capacity expansion, subway traction stations, data center UPS power distribution, petrochemical 220 kV substation low-voltage substation, and main distribution rooms of large commercial complexes, etc.
