Product Description
XL-21 is a classic model of 0.4 kV low-voltage switchgear, widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and civil buildings for power distribution, lighting distribution, and on-site motor control.
1. Technical Features
• Rated operating voltage: AC 380/220 V (maximum 660 V)
• Rated frequency: 50 Hz
• Rated operating current: ≤ 630 A (short-time withstand 30 kA / peak 63 kA)
• Rated insulation voltage: 660 V
• Protection level: Indoor IP30 (optional IP41/IP54)
2. Structural Features
• Enclosed steel plate shell, 2.0 mm thick, epoxy electrostatic spraying, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant.
• Single front door ≥135°, knife switch operating handle located on the right column, voltmeter, ammeter, buttons and indicator lights can be installed inside the door, all components can be inspected after opening the door.
• The interior uses an E=20 mm modular mounting plate, which can be adjusted up, down, left, and right, and is compatible with various components such as circuit breakers, fuses, contactors, and thermal relays, making it easy to implement various motor control schemes such as direct start, star-delta, and soft start.
• Supports floor-mounted, wall-mounted, or bracket-mounted installation, cables can be entered and exited from the bottom, and multiple units can be connected with busbars.
