XZW (JP) Integrated Distribution Box
—— Rural and Urban Power Grid 0.4 kV "Power Distribution + Reactive Power Compensation + Metering" Integrated Outdoor Terminal
The XZW (JP) integrated distribution box (also known as the "JP cabinet") is an outdoor complete set of equipment for 50 Hz, 400 V, transformer capacity ≤ 500 kVA directly grounded neutral point system. It integrates power distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering, remote monitoring, residual current protection, prepayment, and other functions. It is widely used in the low-voltage side of rural and urban public distribution transformers, oil fields, coal mines, ports, residential areas, and industrial and mining enterprises.
1. Technical Parameters
• Rated Voltage: AC 400 V (+20%)
• Rated Current: 25 A – 400 A (optional 630 A non-standard)
• Rated Frequency: 50 Hz
• Short-time withstand: Icw = 15 kA / 1 s
• Reactive Power Compensation: 30 – 150 kvar, three-phase common compensation + separate compensation optional, target power factor ≥ 0.95
• Metering: 0.5S grade three-phase four-wire smart meter, supporting carrier/4G remote meter reading
• Protection Level: Enclosure IP54-D (outdoor), internal compartment IP30
• Ambient Temperature: –40 ℃ ~ +55 ℃; Altitude ≤ 2000 m
2. Functional Configuration
• Power Distribution: 4 – 8 way molded case circuit breaker output lines, with leakage current pulse protection;
• Compensation: Static contactor or composite switch switching, inrush current ≤ 1.1 In, no arc;
• Monitoring: RS-485/LoRa/4G three options, real-time upload of current, voltage, power factor, residual current;
• Protection: Overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, zero-sequence overlimit automatic tripping, power failure exit, power-on 10 s automatic recovery;
• Prepaid: Optional IC card or remote power off, automatic power off when overdue.
3. Structural Features
• Enclosure: 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel plate or 304 stainless steel overall welding, double door + three-point lock, rainproof, sunproof, corrosion-resistant;
• Input/Output Lines: Top/bottom double knock-out holes, supporting overhead or cable input/output;
• Installation: Single pole, double pole clamp or floor base, on-site installation and wiring can be completed within 30 min.
4. Implementation Standards
GB/T 7251.12-2013, GB/T 15576-2008, DL/T 375, with 3C certification and SG JP cabinet special test report.
5. Ordering Instructions
