Product Description
The XLF-A cabinet is designed for "zero-tolerance" power outage scenarios. It has a built-in PC-grade dual power automatic transfer switch (ATS) that can seamlessly switch between the main and backup power supplies within 50 ms, ensuring continuous power supply for critical loads such as fire pumps, elevators, monitoring systems, IDC, and hospital operating rooms.

• Short-time withstand current: Icw = 50 kA / 1 s
• Automatic switching time: ≤ 50 ms (adjustable delay 0.1–30 s)
• Protection level: Indoor IP42 (optional IP54/Outdoor IP65)
• Mechanical life: ≥ 10,000 times; Electrical life: ≥ 6,000 times
2. Structure and Configuration
• Cabinet: 2 mm high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, fully welded, epoxy powder coating, rust prevention grade ≥ 10 years; double front door ≥ 135°, viewing window for observing ATS status.
• Busbar: Full copper TN-S system, main busbar rated current ≥ 1.25 times the load current; busbar temperature rise ≤ 60 K.
• Unit Layout:
– Top: Incoming isolator switch + SPD secondary lightning protection module
– Middle: PC-grade ATS (with mechanical/electrical double interlock)
– Bottom: Outgoing molded case circuit breaker (adjustable trip) + smart meter + communication terminal
• Secondary control: DC 24 V fire linkage interface, RS-485 remote "four remote" (remote measurement/remote signaling/remote control/remote adjustment).
3. Operating Environment
Ambient temperature: -5 ℃ ~ +40 ℃ (24 h average ≤ 35 ℃); Altitude ≤ 2000 m; Relative humidity ≤ 50 % (+40 ℃); Seismic intensity ≤ 8 degrees; No violent vibration, no explosive gases.
