I. Standard Definition and Function
The fiber optic home terminal box is the end device of residential FTTH (Fiber To The Home), used for centralized splicing, splitting, power supply, and management of the fiber optic cable from the operator. It also provides a unified wiring, power supply, and heat dissipation platform for the home's internal network, television, telephone, security, and other weak current systems, achieving strong and weak current separation, aesthetics, and easy maintenance.

III. Structure and Configuration
1. Housing Material:
• Metal version: 0.8–1.0 mm cold-rolled steel plate + electrostatic spraying, impact-resistant, good shielding;
• Plastic version: Flame-retardant ABS/PC integral molding, light weight, no signal shielding.
2. Standard Accessories: Fiber optic clamps, fusion splicing tray, fiber winding post, ONU/router mounting bracket, AC220V two/three-pin socket, ventilation holes, security lock.
3. Optional Modules:
• Network: Cat6A patch panel, PoE switch;
• Television: CATV splitter;
• Security: 12V DC centralized power supply terminal;
• Smart Home: Zigbee/Wi-Fi gateway mounting plate.

IV. Installation and Wiring Points
1. Installation Location: Indoor weak current well, corridor, concealed area in the living room, bottom edge 0.3–0.5 m from the ground; avoid humid, high-temperature, and strong electromagnetic source areas.
2. Incoming Line Requirements:
• Operator optical cable: G.657A ribbon optical cable, minimum bending radius 15 mm (static);
• Indoor network cable: Cat6A unshielded twisted pair, with 20% reserve;
• Wiring holes: Φ20–Φ32 mm knock-out holes on all sides of the box, sealed with fire-resistant putty.
3. Grounding: The box door and ground bar are reliably connected with ≥4 mm² yellow-green double-color wire, grounding resistance ≤4 Ω.
