An integrated solution of "dual power supply at the end + fire linkage" specially designed for smoke exhaust fans
I. Core Functions
1. Dual Power Supply Switching
• PC-level ATS, switching time ≤ 50 ms, supporting self-starting and self-recovery, and mutual backup logic;
• Main/backup power supply, closing, and fault, four independent indicator lights for clear visibility.
2. Fan Control
• Three modes: manual/automatic/remote, manual priority;
• In automatic mode, it can receive 24V active or passive fire linkage signals, start the fan and illuminate the red "start" indicator light;
• 280 ℃ fire damper fuse signal forces shutdown and feedback to the fire control room.
3. Multiple Protections
• Overcurrent, short circuit, phase loss, phase error, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload 150% 1 min protection action;
• In case of failure, the audible and visual alarm will continuously alert at 90 dB until manual reset.
4. Signal Feedback
• Standard configuration of 10 sets of passive contacts: fan operation, fan fault, manual/automatic status, power status, fire damper action;
• Reserved RS-485 interface, supporting Modbus-RTU or fire two-bus access to FAS/BA system.

III. Structure and Installation
• 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel electrostatic spraying, front door viewing window + three-point lock, preventing unauthorized operation;
• Input/output method: top/bottom double knock-out holes, cables directly enter and exit;
• Standard wall-mounted or floor-standing installation, dimensions (width × height × depth)
– 5.5–22 kW:500 × 650 × 250 mm
– 30–75 kW:600 × 800 × 300 mm
• Ground copper bar ≥ 25 × 3 mm, grounding resistance ≤ 0.1 Ω.
